Dear Diamond Dallas Page,
What was it like working on the set of "Ready to Rumble?"
For the Internet monkey out there who wrote in and wanted to know
what it was like making the movie "Ready To Rumble", and professional wrestling,
the difference is sorta like this: World Championship Wrestling well, THIS
IS REAL, and movies, they're fake. Actually, the difference between making
movies and professional wrestling is we're live, we're live out in front
of 5, 10, 20, 30 thousand people and when you're making movies, you're
going "boom boom bump bump cut" and let's do it again. And that happens
all day long. "boom boom bump cut", banging your body up and getting to
do it all over again. The lines part, that was easy, you know actually
delivering the lines, cause it was a real stretch for me playing Diamond
Dallas Page. But, uh, the movie was a lot of fun. It was great working
with David Arquette and Oliver Platt and Joey Pantaliono and I had a lot
of fun.
