- Juvi climbs the ropes and implores the crowd to give it up for his bad self, then makes a couple suggestive gestures to a chorus of boos.
- Okay, so maybe it was more like a murmuring of boos.
- Juvi attacks Evan in the corner, lands a chop, then whips him to the other side and misses with a leap, kissing turnbuckle in the process. Pucker up!
- Evan turns the tide and lands 10 punches on the ropes with the crowd counting along.
- Kick by Evan, followed by a chop.
- Juvi comes off the ropes and leaps into Karagias, who lifts him up. Juvi twists around and plants Evan with a front-side DDT-like move. Pretty nice.

- Juvi tries a suplex, but Evan blocks it and reverses it into one of his own, driving Juvi down hard. Two count.

- Cheesy piano music brings out The Maestro, with the Prince getting the second entrance.
- The Maestro plays to the crowd, gets booed, then eats a dropkick from Iaukea as he turns around.
- That's what you get for not wrestling, dude.
- The Maestro with the FINGERPOINT OF DESTRUCTION, only to get it slapped down by Iakuea, who applies a headlock into a takeover.
- Wristlock by Iaukea, which The Maestro reverses, followed by another reversal by the Prince and a leg trip.
- The Maestro kicks out of it and works Iaukea into the corner.
- Maestro slips in an elbow in, then a punch and a European uppercut before putting the boots to Prince Nakimaki.
- Iaukea turns him around and taps his stomach a few times with a boot - yes, he tapped his stomach. That's how light it looked.
- Maestro begs off, suckers Iaukea in, and drives his head into the turnbuckle.
- Whip to the corner.
- Punches on Iaukea by Mr. Pianoman.
- Bad whip off the ropes by the Maestro followed by a punch and a snapmare.
- The Prince ducks a clothesline, slaps him, hits a couple chops, then a dropkick off the ropes. Iaukea with a backdrop.

- Iaukea telegraphs a backdrop and eats a pretty nice kneelift.
- Maestro hits a version of the STF, called The Encore, and Iaukea taps out.
- Well, there's his first Thunder win.

- The Revolution makes the first entrance.
- They show clips of the Revolution abducting Torrie from Nitro, and the Filthy Animals chasing them.

- The Animals are a bunch of "candy asses."
- He suggests they start looking for Torrie, and he says she's in good hands with Asya. Mmmmhmmm. I'm sure she is.

- Malenko cuts down Benoit - looks like they're going to have a Tournament Match on Nitro this Monday.
- Malenko threatens to break Benoit's legs.
- Saturn: "So you want a Revolution?"
- No - I want you all to shut up and just wrestle already.
- Mild heat.
- Silver King and El Dandy come out, finally. YES! They're the guys you kind of just have to root for even though you know they're going to eat their squash and like it.
- They charge the ring and are promptly tossed outside.
- Douglas goes to the announcer's table and rants a bit.
- Silver King misses a leaping dropkick-like move, then takes Saturn down with a move slightly resembling a flying DDT.
- Silver King follows up by riding his imaginary horsey. Giddy up!
- Tag to El Dandy.
- Double drop toehold (a weak one) by the two, who are even wearing the same tights. Talk about being coordinated!
- They both come off the ropes and sandwich Saturn with a kick from both sides - which, on slow mo, barely touch him.
- In full speed, it looks good enough. That's what counts.
- Dandy tags King back in, but Malenko kicks him in the back off the ropes, and Saturn takes control with a thrust kick up high.
- Drop toe hold by Saturn, and a dropkick to the head by Malenko. Good teamwork.
- Malenko spits on Silver King five times, then connects with his leaping knee-kick.
- Malenko holds Silver King and Saturn hits a high knee drop off the top rope.
- Nice.
- Saturn sends El Dandy outside and pins. Silver King gets a hand on the rope for the break.
- Backdrop suplex on Silver King, who's sent outside to be choked him against the rail by Malenko.
- It's a Revolution squash at this point.
- Tag to Malenko, another nice doubleteam off the top - Saturn got Silver King up for a suplex, and Malenko leapt off to drive him down hard.
- Two count only.
- I remember when that would've been good enough for a win, back in the day.
- Malenko decks Dandy, then Silver King fights back with a kick and a slam, then tags in Dandy.
- Nice missile dropkick by Dandy on Malenko!
- He smacks the taste out of Saturn's mouth, sending him outside.
- Silver King with a springboard off the second turnbuckle and over the ropes onto Saturn!
- Unfortunately, it did not look very clean on the landing. Saturn basically just held King up as he came down and they hardly made any impact at all.
- Outside, Shane tosses Malenko a chain and he brains El Dandy with it, then rolls him inside.
- Texas Cloverleaf. Dandy gives.
- Malenko keeps it locked on after the bell, and both Saturn and Douglas mock Dandy.

- We see Sting issue a beatdown to JJ Dillon, Norman Smiley scream a bit and luck out against Bam Bam, Stevie Ray's slapjack-that-wasn't, David Flair finally showing he's got a pair, and Bret Hart pinning Goldberg for the US strap after the triple-team run-in by the Outsiders and Sid, plus more.

- Stevie hits a "Fruit Booty" reference, but WTF? They blanked out "booty." Uh, okay.
- Booker T talks a bit about getting their titles back.
- The interview is interrupted by a ranting Chavo off-camera, still looking for Goldberg.
- Okerlund teases dissention between the Rednecks.
- "Bill" doesn't like it.
- "Bill" calls the cattle on his ranch moose then tells Gene off when he tries to correct him. Heh!

- My first report, and Stevie Ray graces us with his presence. Life is good. Oh yes, life is good.
- Curly comes out next, and he's interrupted by clips of Lash LeRoux vs. Curt Hennig from Nitro.
- That was random.
- Back in the ring, Stevie Ray attacks Curly at the bell.
- Stevie hits a few kicks that don't look that good, then follows up with some punches for the early advantage.
- Booker T's with the announcing crew, and they talk about his upcoming match on Nitro with Jeff Jarrett in the Tournament.
- Stevie Ray takes it to Curly in the corner, then misses an elbow from the ropes.
- Curly hits a couple weak forearms to the back, then gets whipped to the ropes.
- Stevie Ray misses a clothesline, but hits the boot to Curly's mush.
- Stevie Ray flings Curly outside, then slams him face-first onto the announcer's table and right into their laps!
- Booker T: "If you'll notice, my friend is staying inside of the rules at all times."
- A plastic cup makes a fly-by appearance.
- Booker T checks on Curly Bill, grabs his chin, and asks "Are you okay?" and slips in a smack to the face. Nice.
- Larry suggests another one to help wake Curly up.
- Booker T asks if Tenay's all right, but doesn't smack him around. Awww.
- Back in the ring, Stevie Ray continues to stay in control.
- Two count.
- Standing side slam by Stevie Ray.
- Whip to the corner, followed by a clothesline in the corner.
- Stevie Ray tries it again but hits the ref by mistake as Curly moves.
- As Stevie Ray checks on the ref, Curly takes his boot off and flattens Stevie Ray with it.
- Booker T comes in and absolutely plants Curly Bill with the Harlem Sidekick.
- Stevie Ray's up again, and he hits a rather messy Slapjack for the three-count. It wasn't as bad as the one on Nitro, though.

- No more "Fruit Booty" references tonight. I feel a cold emptiness inside. I think I need to be held.
- Konnan's got the mic. If I hit the mute button, would anyone complain? Would anyone even care?

- Okay, Konnan can talk about running the Revolution's asses over, but Stevie Ray says "booty" and it gets edited out? Maybe those monkeys on the Chimp Channel have taken over the bleeper.
- Eddy rants to a mild reaction.
- Lil' Homey Rey-Rey, wearing a Tony Gwynn baseball jersey for the cheap heat, tells Eddy to watch his language, then says the Filthy Animals will hump the Revolution like the dogs they are. Yeah...
- Kidman says they're going to play the Revolution like the marks they are. Okay.
- The European contingent finally makes their way out.
- Shoot me now. Please? If you've got any heart, get it over with now. I beg you.
- Okay, okay. I'll give you a dollar. And a chalupa.
- Rey's at the announcer's table now. He talks about Torrie and the Revolution.
- Taylor opens against Eddy, who misses a dropkick to start.
- Taylor takes the early advantage with a couple European uppercuts, a snapmare, some headscissors and a dropkick.
- Not a bad flurry of activity there, actually.
- Taylor sends Eddy to the ropes, only to have Eddy leap up and give him a dropkick.
- Adams tags in.
- Konnan's in next and starts off by grabbing himself. Go take a shower, you twit.
- Wristlock by Adams, and a reversal by Konnan.
- Rolling clothesline by Konnan.
- Punch to the corner by Konnan, who tries to whip Adams to the opposite corner but finds himself reversed into it instead.
- Adams charges in and Konnan elevates himself over the top and behind Adams.
- Mysterio tries to coax a twenty out of Larry.
- Konnan ducks a clothesline and hits a DDT, then scratches himself again. Maybe it's crabs?
- Regal tags in, kicks Konnan and hits a European uppercut.
- Kidman tags in and eats a shoulderblock from Regal.
- Regal comes off the ropes and almost knocks Adams off.
- Adams actually had to turn around quickly and grab the ropes just to stay up.
- Leapfrog by Kidman and Regal blocks a hiptoss then hooks Kidman's arms and tries to deliver a double-armed slam, but Kidman hangs on and uses his momentum to toss Regal.
- Kidman gets up on Regal's shoulders and takes a hotshot on the ropes for his efforts.
- Taylor tags in, takes Kidman off his feet with another European uppercut, then gives him a suplex.
- Kicks to Kidman on the mat, then a punch and a forearm.
- Tag to Adams, and Kidman blocks a powerbomb attempt. They see-saw for a few moments but Konnan jumps in to give the Animals the advantage.
- Regal's in again, and he hits some kneelifts and an uppercut on Kidman.
- Kidman reverses Regal to the corner, and eats an elbow as he tries to follow.
- Adams in again, kicks Kidman, goes to the top and misses a leaping, swinging punch. Oooookay.
- That was bad. I'm talking Erik Watts dropkick bad.
- Eddy's in, and he's a house-a-fire.
- Down goes Taylor, down goes Regal, and Adams gets smacked around a bit as well.
- Kidman flies over the top onto Regal on the floor.
- Eddy sends Taylor to the corner and gives him a backdrop coming out of it.
- Eddy sets him up with a suplex, then PLANTS the frogsplash on Taylor for the pin as Mysterio smacks Adams with a chair outside!

- Lash hits the splits, misses a clothesline, and Chavo gets the advantage with a nice headscissors takedown.

- Hard chop by Chavo, followed by a European uppercut.

- Tenay talks about Sid facing Scott Hall in the Tournament on the next Nitro.

- Jawbreaker by Lash to get out of it, followed by a backbreaker.
- Lateral press for two.
- The pacing of this match is a tad slow, so far.
- Lash gets Chavo up for a suplex, but Chavo slips out into a rollup for two.

- Chavo throws Lash into the corner and drives a boot to the head a couple times.
- Chavo whips Lash to the opposite corner, then misses a charge.
- Lash with a small package followed by a forearm to the head.

- Lash with a chinlock on Chavo to slow things down more.

- That seemed to come from nowhere, almost like it was piped in.
- Elbows by Chavo, into a knee to the gut by Lash.
- The announcers say DDP's got several broken ribs, a cracked sternum, and a chipped collarbone as a result of the beating David Flair gave him.
- Lash with some boots to the head, then a bodyslam and an elbow.

- The fans are behind Chavo.
- Lash tries to lift Chavo and gets a sloppy dropkick for his troubles.
- Elbow by Chavo, two count.
- Nice suplex-like rollover slam by Lash for two.
- Lash gets reversed into the corner and eats a running clothesline by Chavo who chops him and sends him to the corners a couple more times.
- Lash goes down, and Chavo tries to follow up but gets lifted by Lash and dropped to the mat hard.
- Lash comes back and hits the Whiplash for the three count!

- That was a pretty decent match by these two, but it had a few slow spots.
- Hmmm - sounded like Buff wanted Riggs to throw a match or something, but it was hard to make out.

- Tenay talks about WCW filming a movie at the Grand Olympic Auditorium (1801 South Grand Avenue in downtown Los Angeles). To be there: Goldberg, Sting, the Nitro Girls, the Filthy Animals, maybe more. Free parking, admission, food, etc. Fans are invited to attend from 1-8 PM this Saturday.
- Berlyn goes after Flynn at the bell and hits a quick rolling DDT-like move.
- Berlyn with a wristlock, followed by a couple elbows.
- Flynn reverses it and sticks Berlyn upside his head with a reverse kick. Not bad.
- Berlyn with a reversal out of a wristlock, and a kick.
- Berlyn leapfrogs, drops to the mat and sends Flynn flying with a double kick, then flips up and lands a dropkick.
- Cover for two.
- Nice sequence!
- Berlyn with a European uppercut, then he sends Flynn off the ropes and hits a reverse spin kick.
- Lackluster pin. No dice.
- Berlyn continues to take it to Flynn in the corner with a series of kicks.
- Closeup of the Bodyguard and his NOD OF TERRIFYING CHAOS. I quiver in fear.
- Berlyn with a nasty belly-to-back suplex.
- Bodyslam by Berlyn.
- Berlyn tries to leap towards Flynn but meets rope when Flynn ducks to the side.
- Flynn hits a back legsweep for a brief advantage, following with punches, a back kick to the gut, then a spin kick.
- Flynn gives Berlyn the foot to the throat in the corner, followed by a series of kicks.
- Hart tries to get to Berlyn in the corner with some tape, but the Bodyguard hauls him down and shoves him to the floor.
- Flynn chokes Berlyn on the ropes, then misses a kick in the corner, getting himself hung up. This allows the Bodyguard to ambush him from behind.
- Berlyn covers for the pin and an "impressive victory" by Berlyn, as Tenay calls it.

- The Cat tells the Rednecks (in San Diego, mind you) to sit down and rants for a bit.
- I go play in traffic (beep, beep) while the Cat's got the stick.
- Basically, the Cat's not supposed to be wrestling, thanks to what his doctors said, but he's going to be wrestling Monday. What a great guy.
- The Crippler talks about his upcoming match tonight with Sid.
- Benoit: "His ego's been writing a lot of checks that his ability's never going to cash."
- Well, that's true - but does anyone really think Sid's going to lay down to Benoit tonight?
- Benoit also mentions Malenko before we go to a WCW promo.
- As Buff comes out, they show clips from the last couple Nitros with Buff and his problems with Russo, and the beating he took from Russo's goons.
- Buff doesn't seem to be very happy out there.
- Riggs comes out and mugs for the camera.
- It's the former tag team of the American Males going one on one tonight.
- Lock up and a quick hiptoss by Buff, followed by a somewhat lackluster pose.
- Buff with a full nelson, only to have Riggs reverse it into one of his own.
- Buff fights out of it after a few moments then lands an elbow to Riggs' head and takes a break in the corner.
- Rollover headlock by Buff.
- Riggs powers up, leapfrogs over Buff, then hits a dropkick.
- Single leg takedown by Riggs, who works on Buff's knee a bit.
- Two count while Buff's shoulders are down - twice.
- Riggs drags Buff to the apron and works on the knee some more.
- Riggs drives his knee up against the back of Buff's, then takes it back inside to work on the knee some more.
- Buff's back up and hits a couple clotheslines, his knee looking fine.
- Jawbreaker by Riggs.
- Riggs goes up top and hits a flying bodypress for two.
- Buff jaws at Mickey Jay, then blocks a punch by Riggs, kicks him, hits a small cradle, and gets the pin!
- Mickey Jay acted like he almost didn't want to finish the count.
- Riggs isn't happy afterwards.

- Post-match, they tease Buff refusing to lay down for anybody.

- Another tie up, and Sid powers Benoit into a corner but misses a punch.
- Benoit lands a chop only to take a kick to the midsection.
- Sid with the early advantage.

- Sid with a punch in the corner.

- Sid gets Benoit up on the ropes and turns his back on him to shout at the crowd.
- That was a mistake, because Benoit hits him with a dropkick.
- Pin attempt, and Sid elevates Benoit right through the ropes to the floor.
- Sid rolls him back in, but Benoit dropkicks him in the knee as Sid steps over the top rope.
- That didn't look very clean.
- Benoit attacks the leg. Classic ring psychology.
- Benoit with a boot to the head.
- Sid fights back and sends the Crippler outside again.
- Sid picks Benoit up and drops him over the railing.
- They fight by the broadcast table, and Sid whips Benoit into the ring steps.

- Sid with a standing chinlock/sleeper hold followed by what Tenay calls a cobra clutch slam for a pin attempt, scoring a two count.
- Sid gets Benoit in the corner and gouges at the eyes.
- Meathooks to the upper chest by Sid.
- Sid runs across the ring and drives a boot to Benoit's chest in the corner.
- Benoit begins to fight back with those kicks of his, but he eats a boot to the face off a reversal to the ropes.
- Sid works on the eyes again.
- Benoit's wobbling.
- Sid puts a reverse chinlock on Benoit, working on that back.
- Backbreaker for two.
- Benoit's not giving up, and Sid's looking ticked.
- A front slam by Sid, and Benoit kicks out again.
- Sid's really looking frustrated now.
- Sid picks the Crippler up by the arm, and sends him off the ropes.
- Benoit ducks a clothesline and hits a German suplex.
- Thumb to the throat!
- Benoit goes up top and misses the diving headbutt. Splat.
- Benoit slaps on the Crippler Crossface!
- DAMN! Saturn and Malenko run out and attack Benoit.
