- Tonight Sting goes for the US Title which is currently held by... Barry Windham!
- We are LIVE from Albany, Georgia, for Clash of the Champions, "Fall Brawl"!
- Tony Schiavone is with a guest host along with the NWA World Champion, Ric Flair.
- Tony goes over the card for tonight's show.
- Flair puts over Luger as is "toughest opponent to date, no doubt".
- Jim Ross and Bob Caudle will be doing the play-by-play. We go to the ring.
- For the NWA Television Championship: © Mike Rotunda w/ Kevin Sullivan Vs Brad Armstrong
- Armstrong doesn't get a musical introduction, while my Syracuse alumni does.
- Armstrong is really over.
- Commercials before the action starts.
- Like most of Rotunda matches, this is really just a lot of mat wrestling.
- After a lot of rest holds, Rotunda drops Armstrong throat first on the ropes.
- Armstrong gets attacked by Sullivan on the outside.
- Rotunda with a powerful lariat, later on. Only gets a two count!
- Four minutes remain in the match, and the number one contender for Rotunda's title, Steve Williams, comes out to cheer for Armstrong.
- Armstrong nearly wins with a roll up.
- Rotunda with a airplane spin and he drops Armstrong down, only for a two count!
- One minute left in the contest, I smell a draw coming.
- Armstrong hangs on for the draw... Williams comes in and holds Armstrong up.
- Your Winner: DRAW, Mike Rotunda retains the NWA Television Title.
- Commercials.
- We come back and Ross tells us that Jimmy Garvin has suffered a broken leg.
- We see a video of Sullivan and Garvin brawling on Saturday Night.
- We see Sullivan dropping bricks of sorts onto the leg of Garvin.
- The baby faces carry Garvin to the back.
- The Sheepherders w/ Rip Morgan Vs Nikita Koloff w/ hair and Steve Williams
- Early on, Williams has control on both of the Sheepherders.
- Koloff comes in, and takes care of both of the Sheepherders, also.
- Williams connects with a top rope cross body, for a two count.
- The 'herders manage to get some offense in on Williams.
- Williams manages to move out of the way of a double team move, and Koloff comes in and goes to town on Butch.
- Butch eventually sends Koloff into the railing and is sent into the ring post.
- Luke with a top rope head butt but only gets a two count!
- Butch is working away on Koloff who is still hurting from the attack on the floor.
- Koloff was there to make the tag, but Williams was on the floor stalking Rip Morgan. Thus, missing the tag.
- Moments later, Luke misses another flying head butt and Williams comes in.
- Koloff gets a tag seconds later, clotheslines Butch, and gets the three count.
- Your Winners: Nikita Koloff and Steve Williams via pinfall.
- Odd finish.

- We come back and Flair says he "expects the best of these athletes".
- Flair, I should remind you is the HEEL, but is actually acting rather impartial here.
- Sullivan and Rhodes, coming up next!
- Kevin Sullivan w/ Gary Hart Vs Dusty Rhodes
- Rhodes sends Sullivan several times into the announcers' table, and then sends Sullivan into Gary Hart.
- Sullivan goes back to the floor, and sends Rhodes into the railing. Hart takes his shoe off and attacks Rhodes.
- Rhodes has a pin cover on Sullivan, but Hart pulls Rhodes out, and Al Perez comes from behind and attacks Rhodes with a chain.
- Sullivan is just beating Rhodes with the chain.
- Rhodes fights back, and manages to pin... Gary Hart?
- The referee counts the three... but Hart wasn't in the match, legally.
- Your Winner: Dusty Rhodes via pinfall.

- Tony and Flair talk about stipulations to the following contest.
- Russian Chain Match: Ivan Koloff w/ Super Assassin Vs Ricky Morton
- The rules to the match are just like strap matches, having to drag your opponent to all four corners.
- Koloff continues to ram the chain into the throat of Morton.
- Morton soon low blows Koloff with the chain, but Koloff quickly comes back.
- Koloff is the first to attempt to win the match, by getting to two corners.
- Morton does the same, and Koloff stops him with a double axe handle with the chain.
- Koloff tries the same again, but Morton yanks him off.
- Ivan continues choking Morton, and whips him several times with the chain.
- Ivan nearly wins, but Morton manages to trip Ivan off his feet.
- Morton is one corner away, and manages to get to the fourth corner, because Paul Jones lets go of a chain for Ivan to hold onto.
- Your Winner: Ricky Morton via touching all four corners
- Russian Assassin attacks Morton.
- Ivan punches Paul Jones in the ring, until the Assassin attacks Ivan.
- Another Assassin attacks Ivan, it's three on one.
- Commercials, even though the attack is still going on.
- Jim Ross is with John Ayers, a former 49er football player who will be the third person in the ring during the Flair/Luger main event at the PPV.
- Main Event time!
- For the NWA United States Heavyweight Title: Sting Vs © Barry Windham w/ JJ Dillon
- Sting sends Windham to the floor with several dropkicks.
- Windham manages to fight back and sends Sting to the floor.
- Windham slams Sting on the floor.
- A big power slam by Windham with Sting coming off the ropes, followed by a knee drop.
- Windham misses a splash in the corner and "hits" his head on the turnbuckle pole. Sting sends Windham to the floor, and into the ring posts.
- Windham is busted open.
- Sting puts the bloody champ in a sleeper hold, which causes Ross says that "Sting has never used this hold before".
- Sting has the sleeper locked on for at least three minutes, and Windham comes back with a knee breaker.
- Windham works on the knee of Sting, and places Sting in the figure four.
- Sting fights back but his knee is preventing him from doing a lot of offense.
- Windham places the claw on the pectoral muscle. Sting sends Windham to the floor, again.
- Late in the match, Sting ducks a clothesline and Windham hits the referee!
- Stinger Splash by Sting and he places Windham in the Scorpion Death Lock.
- Dillon comes in and Sting attacks him.
- Windham has a chair and he whacks Sting over the head! Windham would have had the three count, but John Ayers comes in and tells the referee what happened... Ayers chokes out Dillon.
- Your Winner: Sting via disqualification, Barry Windham retains the US Title
- Commercials.
- Flair finally acts like an heel by ripping into Ayers for getting involved in the match.
- Flair cuts a good promo on Luger saying that everything before their match means nothing!
- "To be the man... You got to beat the man... And I'm the man!"
- End of show.
- The Good: Main Event was pretty good. Continuing the storyline that Sting isn't quite able to win a title.
- The Bad: Television Title match... Good mat wrestling, but excitement not there.
- The Ugly: Steve Williams being dominated by guys who barely come up to his gut.
